1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/manuals.
The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item was delivered.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital products, custom-made items, or personalized goods.
Products marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance promotions.
2. Refund Process
Inspection Required: Returns must be shipped to our facility (address below) for inspection.
Approved Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage.
Shipping fees (unless the error was due to our fault).
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective).
