It covers all products sold through our website, including self-operated items, supplier-sourced goods, returns, and exchanges. We are committed to ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while prioritizing an excellent customer experience.
2. Carrier Selection
2.1 All logistics partners must hold valid transportation licenses and comply with applicable international, federal, and state regulations.
2.2 Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, coverage, and cost-effectiveness (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS).
3. Shipping Methods
3.1 Standard Regions (Continental U.S.):
Express delivery via FedEx Ground, UPS Standard, or USPS Priority Mail.
3.2 Remote Regions (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories):
USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Economy, or dedicated freight services.
3.3 Special Items:
High-value, fragile, oversized, temperature-sensitive, or regulated goods require specialized carriers or freight services.
4. Shipping Timeframes
4.1 Orders placed before 3:00 PM CT on business days (Mon–Fri) ship the same day (excludes pre-orders/custom items).
4.2 Weekend/holiday orders ship within 24 hours of the next business day.
4.3 Items labeled “Ships in 48 Hours” or similar follow the timeline stated on the product page.
5. Shipping Fees
5.1 Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (continental U.S.).
5.2 Standard Fee: Orders under $50 incur a flat fee of $5.99.
5.3 Remote Areas: Additional surcharges apply (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories). Fees display at checkout.
5.4 International Shipping: Calculated by destination/carrier during checkout.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 Company Error (defective/wrong item): We cover return shipping and replacement costs.
6.2 Customer-Initiated Returns (within 7 days, unused items): Customer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipping.
6.3 Refused/Undeliverable Shipments (due to incorrect address): Customer bears all associated costs.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Prohibited & Restricted Items
We comply with all international, federal, and carrier restrictions (e.g., hazardous materials, lithium batteries). Customers assume responsibility for legal compliance of ordered items.
9. Force Majeure
Delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or severe weather are beyond our liability.
